Return & Refund Policy
We gladly accept returns on all new, unused merchandise. However, the following conditions apply:
Note for COD Orders: Returns/exchanges are accepted. However, the refund will be credited to your 11 Oils wallet for use in future purchases.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the return amount will be adjusted to exclude our actual shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Replacement Policy
