What Does Shipping Include?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours containing the following details:
If any item is unavailable or unfit for shipping, we will inform you and cancel that part of your order. You will not be charged for canceled items.
If you receive fewer packages than expected or find your shipment tampered/damaged/missing, please mention it on the delivery receipt (POD), take photos, and contact us immediately:
How to Track Your Shipment
After dispatch, a tracking number is shared via email.
You can track your order on the courier partner’s website using this number.
Enter your tracking ID to view the delivery status.

Partial Orders
If your order includes multiple items and some are out of stock:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for orders above ₹999 and up to ₹12,000, subject to courier service availability.

Shipping of Liquid Products
All liquid items are shipped via surface transport only, in accordance with regulations by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) and state authorities.
